Sep 2, 2025 at 7:39 PMEmployee motivation is a tricky issue: it should actually hold a prominent place, but in practice, transport and logistics companies often lack the resources for appropriate measures. To change this, INN-ovativ GmbH & Co. KG from Kiefersfelden in the Inn Valley has now decided to enter into a partnership with Bonisoft GmbH based in Kiel.
(Kiefersfelden/Kiel) Key components include the expansion of the E-Learning platform SPEDIFORT as well as the recruitment platform spedijobs with a customizable, performance-based, and transparent incentive system. Furthermore, the parent company of INN-ovativ, AdviseR GmbH, is participating as a business angel in Bonisoft.
“Employee motivation is of central importance for business success. Through the partnership with Bonisoft, we can now offer users of our E-Learning and recruitment platform access to an easy-to-implement reward system that allows them to significantly increase employee engagement,” says Andreas Rinnhofer, Managing Director of INN-ovativ GmbH & Co. KG. Initially, rewards can be set for successfully completing training courses at SPEDIFORT.
The process is transparent for all parties at all times
To do this, companies select the appropriate courses and instructions and determine the evaluations and rewards. After successfully completing an E-Learning unit, the employee is credited points that can then be exchanged for rewards. The entire process is transparent for all parties at all times and can be accessed from any device.
The integration of Bonisoft’s solution into the recruitment platform spedijobs is similarly designed. As part of the “Employee Referral Program,” points can be collected that can be redeemed for vouchers or bonuses. INN-ovativ Managing Director Rinnhofer is convinced that it will become commonplace in the future to enhance employee motivation through incentives: “Often, it is just the fear of too much effort that prevents the introduction of a reward system. However, with a modern and easy-to-use solution, like the one we can now offer with Bonisoft, there is no longer any reason for small and medium-sized enterprises to hold back,” says Rinnhofer.
When training, recruitment, and motivation work seamlessly together
Maximilian Hunfeld, CEO of Bonisoft GmbH, also sees a forward-looking model in the partnership: “Companies will benefit from an integrated approach where training, recruitment, and motivation work seamlessly together. Together, we want to scale this model and make it available across Europe,” he explains.
