19. December 2025At the turn of the year, Jan-Willem Venhuizen will take over the management of Oudkerk B.V. in Rotterdam. The 48-year-old has been serving as the deputy managing director of the company, which is part of the HGK Group, since 2019. Together with Huib ten Cate, the spokesperson for the management, Venhuizen will now lead the logistics service provider.
Realignment of Corporate Management
With the appointment of Venhuizen as managing director, Oudkerk B.V. is undergoing a comprehensive realignment in its corporate management. At the same time, the company bids farewell to Kees Potters, who has served as managing director for many years and is now retiring. Markus Krämer, CEO of HGK Logistics and Intermodal GmbH, the shareholder of Oudkerk B.V., expressed positive sentiments about the succession plan: “I am very pleased that we have found such a viable solution.
