19. December 2025Yusen Logistics has successfully completed the acquisition of Walden Health to expand its global logistics capabilities in the healthcare sector. The acquisition, effective December 10, 2025, includes the subsidiaries Movianto, Eurotranspharma, Transpharma International, and Walden Digital. This strategic decision aims to strengthen Yusen Logistics‘ position in the European healthcare logistics market.
Integration and Strategic Alignment

This integration strengthens our position in the healthcare logistics sector and reflects our commitment to providing the best solutions for our customers in Europe and beyond.“ Harada highlights that the combination of Walden Health’s expertise with Yusen Logistics‘ global network will create a platform for healthcare logistics that ensures quality, reliability, and innovation throughout the supply chain.
The acquisition enables Yusen Logistics to leverage the combined expertise and extensive networks of the acquired companies. This is intended to provide customers in the healthcare sector with advanced solutions and seamless delivery in Europe and beyond. Movianto, one of the acquired companies, offers comprehensive logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Eurotranspharma focuses on the transportation of healthcare products, particularly in the B2B sector and last-mile delivery for temperature-controlled products. Transpharma International provides logistical solutions that comply with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and includes a full range of transportation services as well as customs and trade services. Walden Digital is known for its innovative transportation and warehouse management systems offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
With this acquisition, Yusen Logistics aims to set new standards in healthcare logistics and support the ambitious goals of its new mid-term plan, which begins in April 2026.
