The digital freight platform Saloodo! has introduced a completely redesigned user interface for its shippers. The new, intuitive design guides clients step-by-step through the transport request process.

Only features that provide real added value to our customers and make their daily business easier are released on the platform. Thus, the design was not simply changed for aesthetic reasons, but primarily because the intuitive user guidance makes our customers faster, more efficient, and therefore more productive throughout the entire transport process, from the transport request to invoicing and payment,” explains Thomas Grunau, CEO of Saloodo!.

And since Saloodo! exemplifies efficiency and productivity itself, the company is also providing its customers with several new features alongside the new user interface. Shippers can now save their transport requests with all details as templates and retrieve them at any time. This saves them time when entering their next shipping order with the same conditions. Furthermore, the filtering options for searching transport orders and transport requests have been expanded. By filtering by date, country, postal code, or transport ID, quickly finding specific order documents, even in extensive archives with many transports handled via Saloodo!, is no longer a problem.

Receive more comparable transport offers

Additionally, it is now possible to specify special transport requirements on the platform. Shippers can now indicate in their transport request that, for example, straps or anti-slip mats are needed. This makes it even easier to find the exact right transport partner for their transport requirements.

Another way to receive more options for transport service providers is to keep the pickup and delivery dates as flexible as possible. If the transport orders do not have to be strictly time-bound, shippers can now specify a flexible date range for pickup and delivery by the transport company. This gives shippers more comparable transport offers from which they can choose the one that suits them best. The transport service provider can then be booked as usual with just one click of the mouse.
