DPDgroup Reports Record Year 2020 and Five-Year Strategy
1. March 2021PASS Consulting Group presents new PLANTOUR release
3. March 2021The logistics platform provider Pamyra from Leipzig and the KEP specialist (KEP stands for Courier, Express, Parcel) for digital system shipping, the LOGILINE Group from Hanover, are cooperating in the area of KEP shipping within Germany and Europe. The joint activities foresee a comprehensive collaboration in the service expansion of the Pamyra platform.
(Leipzig/Langenhagen) The goal of the cooperation is to offer a comprehensive service that starts with a regular package size and includes express services. In addition to the proven piece goods, partial load, and FTL services, express transports are now also offered on Pamyra in the system traffic. The focus here is on finding solutions through various system partners in global express traffic, led by the logistics service provider LOGILINE, which has been operating in the KEP sector since 1998.
Both large national parcel services and internationally operating integrators are involved. Demand-oriented and same-day pickups with the ideal KEP system are further areas of joint action to provide users on Pamyra with even greater flexibility in logistics requirements. Pamyra’s managing director Dr. Lasse Landt explains that with a Europe-wide offer in the KEP sector, the range of services on the marketplace founded in 2017 is now being rounded off: “Our focus until now has primarily been on shipments starting from a load size of one Euro pallet. Through the cooperation with the LOGILINE Group, we are now able to offer users of the marketplace pamyra.de an attractive offer starting from package size.”
Offer Well Received
LOGILINE’s managing director Olaf-Ulrich Krause can only support this statement and adds: “The LOGILINE Group has opened up another new sales channel with the platform usage. The first test run has shown that the expanded service portfolio is very well received by the users of the Pamyra platform.” Since the beginning of the year, the LOGILINE Group and Pamyra have been working on creating the offer. By using the Pamyra rate configurator, both parties were quickly able to create KEP rates for 13 European countries.
In the future, there are plans to continuously expand the offer for transports to European third countries as well as intercontinental services to enable a global one-stop-shop experience. Furthermore, the LOGILINE Group is to become part of the Pamyra-Connect offering. This will allow all forwarding companies with the SaaS solutions (Software-as-a-Service) Pamyra4You to integrate a Europe-wide KEP offer for their customers with just one click and offer it under their name.
