Logivest brokers warehouse space in Poing to textile logistics provider

In Poing, east of Munich, Logivest has brokered a logistics property with nearly 2,500 square meters of warehouse space to logLine express GmbH. The textile logistics provider was looking for a suitable transshipment hall near the Bavarian capital. The landlord of the property is LOG.IQ Poing GmbH.

(Munich/Poing) The area in the industrial zone of Poing is located in close proximity to the A94 motorway, which connects to Munich and towards Austria. Additionally, the junction to the A99 is only a few minutes away by car. This federal motorway, also known as the Munich ring road, provides further connections to the A8, A9, A92, and A96 motorways.

“The eastern part of Munich is ideally suited for logistics establishments due to its connection to Munich and the surrounding motorways. However, demand is also increasing here, and the availability of space is decreasing,” says Udo Zoller, Consultant Industrial & Logistics (Letting) at Logivest. The lease agreement was already signed on April 12, 2021.
