10. June 2021The European mobility service provider DKV Mobility acquires GreenFlux Assets BV, the leading European software platform provider for charging electric vehicles. With this acquisition, DKV takes another important step to support commercial fleet operators in transitioning to more sustainable mobility concepts.
(Ratingen) Furthermore, DKV is expanding its supply solutions for electric vehicles and acquiring important know-how to enhance its charging offerings across Europe. “I am very proud that we can expand our capabilities to this extent and thus offer more services for our customers’ e-fleets throughout Europe,” says Marco van Kalleveen, CEO of DKV Mobility. “This dynamic growth shows that electromobility is developing rapidly across Europe.
Wide range of solutions

These include central, hardware-independent EV smart charging functions such as management of charging stations and charging cards, roaming, payments, and processing of charging transactions.
