12. July 2021DFI Real Estate GmbH expands its expert team with Sandra Schwendner. On July 1, 2021, the 30-year-old started in the role of Business Development Manager. She supports Alexander Hund, Regional Director South, in managing the southern German region. Schwendner has been working in the corporate real estate sector for about seven years.
(Düsseldorf) Sandra Schwendner’s responsibilities include the acquisition and economic management of real estate projects, including the marketing process. Schwendner has around seven years of professional experience in the corporate real estate industry. Most recently, she worked as a Senior Project Manager at BEOS AG. Her focus was on transaction management, including economic evaluations, due diligence, and contract negotiations with a total value of approximately 420 million euros.
Expanding the Project Portfolio
