The WAVES team will be live at this year’s IAA Transportation in Hanover from September 20 to 25 to present its innovative Sustainability Management Platform (SMP). At the leading trade fair for mobility topics, new vehicles, trailers, and accessories will be showcased alongside current technology trends and pioneering services. The WAVES team will be there live to present its innovative Sustainability Management Platform (SMP) on the exhibition grounds and to participate in discussions as experts in sustainability and digitalization.
Compliance with EU Sustainability Guidelines
When it comes to the mobility of tomorrow and megatrends like digitalization and sustainability, WAVES cannot be missed: With its award-winning Sustainability Management Platform (SMP) and TÜV-certified modules Sustainable Transport and Sustainable Tendering, the start-up helps transport and logistics companies gain a transparent overview of their CO₂ emissions, uncover savings potential, and contribute to climate protection. Those who use the SMP can also ensure that they always comply with current and upcoming EU sustainability guidelines. WAVES has developed the world’s first modular cloud platform for comprehensive corporate sustainability management and will present it during the IAA Transportation at the Krone booth in Hall 27.
Presentation as part of the “Krone Think Tank”
WAVES has been invited to present itself as “Start-up of the Day” on the opening day – Tuesday, September 20, 2022 – as part of the “Krone Think Tank”. In addition to the appearance at the trade fair booth, this includes a “Start-up Pitch” where the current products and services will be explained, and participation in the discussion panel on the topic of “Sustainability in the Transport Industry”. With the Think Tank, the company Krone – itself an expert in sustainable trailer technology as well as digital solutions and services – offers start-ups the opportunity to present and exchange ideas on the exhibition grounds. The “Krone Think Tank” is designed as an innovation and communication platform with a diverse program.
WAVES at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2022
On Friday, September 23, the WAVES team will once again be a guest at the Krone booth and will participate in the talk “Regulatory Changes in Logistics” with a focus on the EU taxonomy. The topic of the EU taxonomy poses a significant challenge for many and will become important for companies by the end of the year. Therefore, WAVES has developed a new tool that significantly simplifies the complex handling of the EU taxonomy regulation, which will be launched in September.
