Panattoni and Jungheinrich Enter Strategic Partnership

Panattoni Germany and Jungheinrich have entered into a strategic partnership to jointly offer turnkey and sustainable logistics solutions under the name “All-in-One Warehouse Solution.” The cooperation combines Panattoni’s expertise in real estate development with Jungheinrich’s intralogistics competence to support customers throughout the entire creation and lifecycle of a logistics property.

(Hamburg) The focus of the collaboration between Panattoni and Jungheinrich is on sustainable solutions that meet the functional requirements of the logistics industry and provide their joint customers with a larger, modular range of offerings.

The focus of the cooperation between Panattoni and Jungheinrich is on the holistic realization of operational logistics properties. Panattoni contributes its expertise in identifying suitable locations and developing real estate projects. The developer places particular emphasis on the revitalization of brownfields and the use of renewable energies. Jungheinrich complements these competencies with its comprehensive material flow consulting and its know-how in intralogistics, from equipping with modern shelving and material handling equipment to digital solutions for efficient management of operational processes.

In the spirit of an “All-in-One Warehouse,” the joint cooperation project of Panattoni and Jungheinrich includes comprehensive support and management from the initial idea through realization to the turnkey handover.
