HEC GmbH, a subsidiary of team neusta AG, and BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG & Co. KG announce the establishment of a joint venture: SOI GmbH. The new company will focus on the digital design of logistics processes and innovative IT consulting for the logistics industry. By combining IT expertise and in-depth logistics knowledge, SOI GmbH aims to set new standards for efficiency, flexibility, and future security in logistics.

With tailored services in process and project management, SOI offers consulting specifically designed to meet the needs of the logistics industry. The company emphasizes collaborative partnerships with its clients to create transparent, future-proof solutions. In implementing individual IT solutions, SOI collaborates in a value chain with HEC GmbH and other companies in the team neusta group, leveraging a comprehensive range of IT and technology expertise.

The establishment of SOI GmbH is the result of a long-term initiative developed jointly by BLG and HEC. From the outset, the goal was to strategically combine IT competence and logistics know-how – with SOI GmbH, this vision is now becoming a reality.

The management of SOI GmbH will be taken over by Heiko Müller (HEC GmbH) and Marc Bodenstab (BLG LOGISTICS GROUP). Both bring extensive expertise in IT and logistics and will leverage this to significantly advance the digital transformation of the logistics industry.
